Three Dimensions of Learning and Support
Our learning programmes operate from three strategic locations in Japan—Tokyo, Nagoya, and Nagano.
Each location represents a distinct dimension of Japanese business, society, and leadership thinking, providing a comprehensive landscape for professional growth and organisational transformation.

Tokyo HQ:
Business, Strategy, and Organisational Culture / Business Matching

Tokyo is the centre of Japan’s global business environment and the site of our headquarters. As a corporate member of multiple conference venues across Tokyo, we are able to arrange training rooms in Shibuya, Tamachi, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Asakusa, Ryogoku, and Nihonbashi.

Our Tokyo programmes host executive workshops, leadership discussions, and company visits exploring Japanese management, corporate culture, and strategic decision-making. We also incorporate the Business Matching aspect of the Japanese market, identifying and arranging meetings with prospective partners to support your business development in Japan.
All programs are tailored to meet each organisation’s objectives. Sessions typically conclude by 6:00 PM, providing ample opportunities for networking and evening cultural immersion that enrich learning outcomes
Nagoya Base:
Manufacturing Excellence and Operational Learning / Business Matching
Nagoya is widely regarded as the heart of Japan’s manufacturing industry and home to many companies that have shaped the nation’s global reputation for industrial excellence. This base is dedicated to the Monozukuri (craftsmanship) philosophy and the systems that define Japan’s manufacturing leadership.

From this base, we organise factory visits and field learning experiences (Gemba) exploring Japanese operational excellence—including Lean Thinking (The Toyota Way), Quality Management, and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen). Participants observe real production environments and gain practical insights into the systems and mindsets that underpin Japan’s manufacturing capabilities.

As an option to learning programmes, we can also identify and arrange business meetings with prospective partners for companies seeking collaboration or learning opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Nagano Base:
Leadership Reflection and Cultural Immersion
Just 90 minutes from Tokyo via Shinkansen, Nagano City lies in the northern reaches of Nagano Prefecture. Renowned for its world-class powder snow and as host of the 1998 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, the city offers historical landmarks, most notably the revered Zenkoji Temple.
Away from the intensity of major cities, this base supports leadership conversations, executive retreats, and programmes that combine engaging activities with structured reflection. Beyond the city centre, the landscape opens into majestic mountains and serene rural vistas, an ideal setting for programmes that blend fun experiences with quiet contemplation, allowing leaders to gain perspective on both personal and organisational challenges.

We deliver bespoke leadership and retreat programmess that seamlessly merge deep reflection with enjoyable experiences, set within an extraordinary natural and cultural environment. Nagano represents another side of Japan, where nature, tradition, perspective, and leadership thinking come together to create powerful learning experiences.

Training and accommodation will be arranged either in the city or in the mountains, depending on the learning activities.
